We’re committed to delivering high-quality digital products, educational programs, and personalized coaching experiences.
Please review this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our digital products, online programs, and coaching services.
General Policy
Because our offerings are digital, educational, and immediately accessible, we do not accept traditional product returns. However, select programs may include a limited refund window, as outlined below.
Refunds are only available to the original purchaser and will be issued to the original method of payment once approved.
KickStart Course
We offer a 7-day refund window for the KickStart Course.
Eligibility:
- Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
- The request must include your full name, email address used for enrollment, and a brief reason for your refund request.
Ineligible:
- Refund requests received after 7 days will not be honored.
- Refunds are not issued for partial payments, payment plan balances, or non-completed enrollments.
How to Request:
Email Support@KasheyCommand.com within 7 days of your purchase to initiate your refund.
KickStart Course
All sales are final.
Because OneBody programs provide immediate access to all training and resources upon purchase, no refunds will be granted once access is delivered.
This includes all on-demand training or digital downloads.
Coaching Programs
All sales are final.
Due to the customized nature of coaching, including immediate allocation of staff, scheduling, and individualized program design, no refunds are issued once enrollment is confirmed.
Any guarantees (e.g., “Results on purpose, with purpose” or year-long result guarantees) are honored as described in your individual coaching agreement, not through this policy.
Refund Processing
If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
We are not responsible for any bank delays, currency conversion fees, or processing timelines outside our control.
Policy Modifications
TKN reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated “Last Updated” date.
